Ethically made hats, handmade in New Zealand. Hills Hats is a diverse manufacturer of speciality headware. With a history going back to 1875 Hills Hats went back to the future in 1988, resurrecting and reinventing classic hats using vintage blocking machinery, and only the best fabrics such as Harris Tweed sourced from Scotland and fine deer nappa from a South Island supplier.  Hills Hats are manufactured from quality materials using traditional methods with hydraulic gas and steam blocks to create the Hills finish.
